Hadhiya (Blog post 24)
I’ve lost count, of the many times when I felt low and listening to an ayah lifted up my spirit. The many times I felt sad to the point where I can’t even explain myself and it was ayah I came across that consoled me. The many times I was in tears and in utter hopelessness and it was an ayah I was reminded of, that changed the steps I took towards a better future. The many times I was inspired to do things I never thought I could have, when I just recited some ayahs even when I hadn’t known any of its meanings. And now when I see this ayah, it makes complete sense. يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ قَدْ جَاءَتْكُم مَّوْعِظَةٌ مِّن رَّبِّكُمْ وَشِفَاءٌ لِّمَا فِي الصُّدُورِ وَهُدًى وَرَحْمَةٌ لِّلْمُؤْمِنِينَ “Mankind!
